Honey Glazed Carrot Recipe
It doesn’t get any simpler or tastier than this basic honey glazed carrot recipe. Serve this dish with a pork roast to accentuate the sweetness, or with a roasted chicken for an all-around American classic meal.

Honey Glazed Carrot Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) peeled chopped carrots
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) honey
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Fill a large pot with a steamer basket half-full of water, salt liberally, and bring to a boil.
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot fitted with a steamer basket. Let carrots steam until just tender, about 5 minutes. Toss steamed carrots with oil, honey, salt, and pepper, then spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
