Carrot Raisin Recipe Salad
Simple and delicious, this carrot raisin recipe salad looks a little bit like sunshine! Bright pineapple and golden raisins will bring a little light into your day, anyhow. If you can't find Greek yogurt at your local supermarket, don't worry - any plain yogurt with a fat content over 3% will do the trick.
Warning: do NOT use these cooking oils!

Carrot Raisin Recipe Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh chopped pineapple
- 6 cups (1.5 L) carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 cup (250 mL) golden raisins
Directions
Toss all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Serve immediately.
