Why did you build this website?

I want to share my hobby with the rest of the world!

Since when do you like carrots?

When I was a little girl, I used to eat carrots all day. My mum always gave me some fresh carrots to take to school. I think my carrot "obsession" started then.

Where did you gain your knowledge about cooking with carrots?

Since I started cooking for myself, I have collected many recipes of my favorite vegetable. While my collection expanded, I became more enthusiastic to find more recipes. Now my collection of carrot recipes is over the 400!

During my vacations my goal is to collect a recipe from all the places I have traveled to. When I think I have all the different recipes to prepare carrots, I always come across new ones... Which is sometimes frustrating. But most of all; very exciting to discover new ways to prepare my favorite vegetables!
